Aluminium Coping
Aluminium coping provides an aesthetically pleasing and economic finish to a parapet wall or boundary walls. Aluminium wall copings are made specifically for each project to individual specifications, sizes and profiles.
Guttercrest use marine grade aluminium for pressed metal copings which can be fabricated for ramped, stepped and serpentine parapet walls. Unlike stone wall copings, aluminium copings are lightweight, versatile, adaptable and very quick to install. Matching pier caps or column capping is available too. Aluminium coping offers a long term weather proof parapet wall protection.
Coping Brackets and Fixing
Guttercrest aluminium copings fit onto heavy duty aluminium coping brackets which are fitted. We can design special brackets to suit most non-standard fixing backgrounds.
Coping Profiles
Our standard copings have a weather struck top, also available with a flat level top or dual pitched top, which are used more on ramped, pitched or verge walls. We can incorporate a bull nose, ogee, I beam profile etc. into the aluminium wall coping’s front face.

Coping Fittings
Aluminium wall coping fittings manufactured: Angles, stop ends, T junctions, raking angles, apex angles, upstand stop ends, stepped junctions between coping sizes, coping brackets – a complete aluminium coping system.
Radius or Curved Coping
If the project requires a curved coping, radius coping or radii copings, either true curve or facetted coping, horizontal, vertical, and most complex curves are achievable.
Coatings and Finishes
Aluminium coping systems are available polyester powder coated in an array of RAL colours, BS colours, Heritage textured finish, metallic, anodised coating, special colours and finishes. Or mill finish aluminium copings.
