GUTTERCREST RAINWATER SYSTEMS FEATURE IN 100-HOME HAMPSHIRE DEVELOPMENT

in , /by

With detailed brickwork, flint panels and pitched roofs, Morrish Homes’ properties at Mountbatten Park in North Baddesley, Hampshire, have plenty of character. The rainwater systems needed to look at home alongside them.

Guttercrest supplied Aluminium Moulded Ogee Gutters and Round Downpipes – a combination that suits the traditional styling while bringing the practical benefits of Aluminium to the job.

Why Moulded Ogee?

If you’re aiming for a clean finish, Moulded Ogee is a good place to start. Its decorative profile reflects the appearance of traditional cast iron guttering, making it a suitable choice for period properties and new homes designed with that same character in mind.

At Mountbatten Park, it sits comfortably alongside the brick and flint detailing, with matching Round Downpipes completing the system.

Looks are only part of the decision, though. The gutter size and outlet arrangement need to suit the roof’s drainage requirements too. We manufacture Moulded Ogee in a range of sizes and can produce non-standard sizes when the job calls for them.

Good looks are useful. So is less upkeep.

Aluminium is lightweight yet robust, making it easier to handle during installation and a practical choice for the finished home.

Its low maintenance requirements are another benefit for customers thinking beyond the initial build. Gutters still need routine checks and leaves and debris clearing, but Aluminium keeps ongoing upkeep straightforward.

There’s plenty of choice in colour and finish too, so Gutters, Downpipes and fittings can be coordinated with windows, doors and other exterior details. It gives customers the freedom to get the finish they want.

For Mountbatten Park, Moulded Ogee Gutters and Round Downpipes provide a traditional finish with the strength, low weight and low maintenance benefits of Aluminium.
