Aluminium Moulded Ogee Guttering

The design of our Aluminium Moulded Ogee Gutters, also known as No. 46 or Type 46, is inspired by 19th Century cast iron gutters and these gutters are suitable for use on both period and contemporary properties. They offer the traditional look of cast iron gutters while providing all the benefits of aluminium guttering including being lightweight, environmentally friendly, and easy to install and maintain.

Our moulded ogee gutters are available in two standard lengths of 3m and 1.8m / 6’ and six standard profile widths:

  • 100 x 75mm / 4"x3"
  • 125 x 100 / 5"x4"
  • 150 x 100mm / 6"x4"

  • 175 x 125mm / 7"x5"
  • 200 x 150mm / 8"x6"
  • 300 x 200 / 12"x8"

As a guttering manufacturer we can produce an endless array of alternative sizes, please ask.

Gutter Brackets and Fixing

These Traditional Moulded Ogee Gutters are normally direct back-fixed to the fascia board of the building.

  • Our small aluminium moulded ogee gutters (up to 150 x 100mm / 6’’x 4’’) are predrilled ready to be direct back-fixed so no brackets are required.
  • Our large aluminium moulded ogee gutters (profiles in excess of the 150 x 100mm / 6” x 4”) are fitted with welded internal cross brace gutter brackets, predrilled ready for direct back-fixing.

Other types of gutter brackets such as fascia brackets, side or top fix rafter brackets, and mortar brackets / rise and fall brackets can be provided.

We can also manufacture special / bespoke gutter brackets, please ask.

We produce a comprehensive range of complementary fittings for the moulded ogee gutter system. These include stop ends, shaped stop ends, running outlets, back outlets, sleeve outlets, gutter angles, non-standard and irregular angles, raked angles, apex angles, and high capacity internal angles. Special items can be manufactured to individual requirements, please ask.

Radius Gutters or Curved Guttering

If your project requires a curved, radius or radii moulded ogee gutter, either to a true or facetted curve, we can manufacture these for you, normally in 1m lengths.

Coatings and Finishes

All our moulded ogee gutters are available polyester powder coated in a wide array of colours and finishes including the full range of RAL colours, BS colours, Heritage textured finishes, metallic finishes, and anodised coating.

We can also source special colours and finishes to match your project requirements or we can supply our aluminium gutters in the standard mill finish.

Benefits of Aluminium Moulded Ogee Gutters

Our aluminium moulded ogee gutters offer many benefits as they are easy to install, low maintenance, lightweight yet very robust, with our larger ogees having a welded internal bracket. Our gutter jointing system is proven over 25 years.

Easy, fast installation: Our moulded ogee aluminium gutters have integral welded spigots / butt straps and are double spigotted meaning less joints and less waste of gutter lengths, resulting in faster and easier installations.

Over 90% of the aluminium we use is recycled meaning we offer a sustainable rainwater system for your building project.

Please Note: Due to our ongoing product development policy, we reserve the right to alter specifications without prior notice.
