Where Are Traditional Round Aluminium Downpipes Used?
Traditional Round Aluminium Downpipes are designed for buildings where the appearance of traditional cast iron rainwater pipes is required without the weight and maintenance associated with conventional cast iron systems.
Their cast-style collars and decorative detailing make them particularly suited to listed buildings, period properties, heritage projects, barn conversions, renovations and refurbishment work. They can also be used on new-build properties where the architectural design calls for a traditional or period-style rainwater system.
A range of decorative brackets, including Fleur de Lys and Clover Leaf designs, can be used to add further traditional detailing. Guttercrest can also reproduce existing bracket designs or manufacture bespoke brackets and fittings to suit individual architectural requirements.
